The lottery pools hosted by Lottolishus take part in two of the most famous lotteries available in the world today. These lotteries are, of course, the US Powerball and Mega Millions.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

To begin with, let us just state the following: Lottolishus appears to make everything straightforward. However, it is far from it. The site says that to begin playing in the lottery pools, players will need to register a player account with the website. This player account comes in two variations:

• Monthly: The monthly player account will cost you $11.99 and will automatically enter you into eight draws that are split between the US Powerball and Mega Millions.
• Annually: This option costs $99 per year but entitles you to tickets in 104 lottery draws (as opposed to the 96 that the monthly subscription would give you otherwise).

After choosing which subscription option you would like, you, as the head of your own ‘lottery universe’ will need to recruit friends, family, or even strangers to join your lottery pool. And this is where things become different from traditional lottery pools.

If you choose the winning jackpot numbers in your lottery pool, rather than the full amount being split between everybody in your pool, you will receive 50% of the jackpot while the rest is shared amongst the other players in your pool. And, to make it seem even better, if somebody else in your ‘universe’ wins, you instantly get an extra 5% because you recruited them.
